The name Les Incorrigibles is no branding tactic. It’s about taking an iconoclastic stance, and questioning conventional wisdom in our field to inspire professionals and brands to reconsider whether mainstream really is the safer option for success nowadays.
For starters, let’s look at some data points
Times are pressure-testing our field. Layoffs, budget cuts and burnouts are emaciating teams, rampant affinity bias is perpetuating the same hiring patterns and expectations for performance and skills don’t match future needs in our industry.
It starts with building reflexes and slaying labels that limit our scope of work and train the next generation of communicators, not adhering to obsolete practices just because we’ve always done it this way.
